La AFIP actualiz\u00f3 la vigencia de los c\u00f3digos de \u201cModalidad de Contrataci\u00f3n\u201d del SICOSS por un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s
\nSi bien, hasta el d\u00eda de la fecha el Poder Ejecutivo no ha publicado la nueva pr\u00f3rroga del beneficios de la ley 26940 (T\u00edtulo II, Cap\u00edtulo II), la AFIP dio a conocer una nueva versi\u00f3n de las tablas del \u00abSistema de C\u00e1lculo de Obligaciones de la Seguridad Social – SICOSS\u00bb, donde en la correspondiente a \u201cModalidad de Contrataci\u00f3n\u201d se expone la fecha de vencimiento de los c\u00f3digos de este beneficio modificados y con vigencia por un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s.
\nRecordamos que la ley 26940 (T\u00edtulo II, Cap\u00edtulo II), dispone para aquellos empleadores que tengan hasta 80 trabajadores una reducci\u00f3n de las contribuciones patronales (contribuciones con destino al SIPA, INSSJP, FNE, asignaciones familiares y RENATEA, de corresponder) por el t\u00e9rmino de 24 meses para las nuevas relaciones laborales por tiempo indeterminado y cuyo plazo de adhesi\u00f3n, que originalmente venc\u00eda el 31 de julio de 2015, se prorrog\u00f3 por el Decreto 1801\/2015 (BO: 8\/9\/2015) hasta el 31 de julio de 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
